Currensea Plans

For this segment, Currensea offers two plans:

• No monthly fees but charging a 0.5% commission above wholesale price on currency exchanges.
• Premium service, in this case paying a 2.5 GBP/month or 25 GBP/year fee while enjoying a 0% commission above wholesale price on currency exchanges.
• Both plans include free debit card delivery within the UK.

For Currensea customers who are on the Free plan, they can upgrade to the Premium service by accessing the Currensea dashboard at their convenience; they simply have to select the My account option from the menu, then go to My profile and finally select the My plan option.

Now, here is the catch: When customers subscribe to the Premium plan, they happen to be committed to that plan for a complete 12-month cycle. In the case customers should require downgrading from the Premium plan, such downgrade will only take effect once after this 12-month Premium plan term has ended – not before.
