Xinja Bank is a neobank, whose sole focus as of today is the individual Aussie segment, especially aiming to those customers who are willing to enter an only smartphone-based banking model. This means, in other words, that Xinja will not be having any physical branches nor telephone support. 

As customers join Xinja, they will be able to access a bank account and a savings account; as stated in their Product Roadmap, Xinja will be offering Personal Loans, Home Loans and the chance to send and receive international payments during Q4, 2020.
