Payhawk has an alliance with Visa and the payment provider Wirecard to supply Visa debit cards in 13 European countries. Payhawk offers Europe-based companies the issuance of both virtual and physical cards, which can be used to pay for their business expenses anywhere these Visa cards are accepted, both in physical stores and online commerce, as well as to being able to withdraw cash at ATMs.

In a statement, it is explained that, since 2018, Payhawk has supported companies in the organization of expenses, by combining financial services and payment management tools. Cooperating with Visa enables Payhawk to manage business cards and manage the expenses of European small and medium-sized businesses quickly and easily.

Payhawk offers CFOs, finance and accounting teams manage up to 10 business-related cards per employee. All this, in an integrated platform and eliminating the need to send paper receipts. Another of its functionalities allows each team to have different spending limits according to their roles, as well as to catalog expenses by project, by customer or by cost center.

Each card, then, can be controlled individually through monthly budgets or with a fund request and approval system. This system guarantees compliance and control of the company's spending policy. Through Payhawk, the company's chief financial officer or administrator will always be able to monitor budgets in real time and have full transparency of all cards in use.

From May of this year the Payhawk Visa card is available to all its clients. In Spain, Payhawk already works with several companies. The card has a 2-euro ATM withdrawal fee worldwide and offers one of the best exchange rates on the market (0.5%). This makes Payhawk Visa cards particularly cost-effective when spent abroad or purchased online in multiple currencies.

Additionally, Payhawk complies with local tax regulations to eliminate the need to store paper copies of receipts and invoices.
